1. Preparation and production of Cakes, Pastries, Bread and other items

2. Doing the day-to-day operations of the Pastry/ Bakery Kitchen

3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure food safety in the Pastry/ Bakery Kitchen

4. Manage inventory and FIFO/FEFO

Requirement

1. Min.Education SMA/SMK

2. At least 1 experience as Bakery/ Pastry/ Cake Commis in Restaurant/ Hotel

3. Used to high production in the kitchen

4. Having knowledge in Food Safety and Hygiene
