Job Description :

- Responsible for expanding and managing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Act as the point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.

- Manage product stock, invoice, and shipping to clients.

Requirement :

- At least graduated from Bachelor (S1).

- Understand in high fashion / fine jewelry industry.

- Preferably have experience in luxury brand / luxury goods marketing.

- Responsible and can work under pressure.

- Strong in persuading communication.

- Passion for customer service-outstanding.

- Sales minded.

- Drive and desire to consistently go above and beyond what is expected.

- The ability to build trust, exhibit integrity and demonstrate professionalism with clients.

- Handle multiple tasks.

- Self motivated.

- Reliable and trustworthy.
