We are hiring 10 customer service freelancers for our team in Yogyakarta. The role involves handling customer inquiries in English via phone and chat. We need 3 candidates who will be responsible for handling calls, and 7 candidates for chat support only.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries in English via phone (for 3 positions) or chat (for 7 positions).

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality.

Requirements:

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Prior experience in customer service (preferably English-speaking support).

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Availability to work from 3 AM to 12 PM (Jakarta time).

Must be based in or near Yogyakarta and available for work in the office.
