We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator who is committed to shaping young minds through balanced, hands-on learning experiences. You will play a crucial role in delivering developmentally appropriate education using a unique blend of Montessori methods and life skill teachings.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that incorporate Montessori principles.

- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual growth and creativity.

- Collaborate with other educators to integrate life skills into the daily curriculum.

- Observe and assess children's development and maintain accurate records of progress.

- Engage with parents and caregivers to share insights and progress on children's learning and development.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our education program.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree or experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

- Chinese speaking teacher preferred.

- Experience working with children aged 3 to 6 years old.

- Strong understanding of childhood development stages and educational best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse environments is a plus.

- English is a must
